(More customer reviews)I recently moved into a house with badly stained living room carpeting. Couldn't wait to get out the Bissell rug cleaner!This was the first time I've tried the 2X Professional Odor variety.
As it happened, one my dogs had gotten sick on the carpeting a few hours before I'd planned to clean it. Although I spot-cleaned the mess, I could still smell it.After cleaning with the Professional Odor Formula, the smell was completely gone. It also got out stains that had probably been in the carpeting for months, if not years.
The combination of the formula + the Bissell 79011 Proheat Upright Deep Cleaner had the carpeting looking better than I'd hoped.
FYI, the 2X in the description refers to the formula brand - doesn't indicate that two bottles are being shipped. I read it wrong and had expected two bottles.
