(More customer reviews)I've had this for a while, but don't actually have a deep cleaner... instead I just mix with a bit of water and use on my floor rugs (I have hardwood floors and put rugs in the rooms). Well, a week ago my dog got into the recycling while I was gone, chewed on a tin can right in the middle of my white bedroom rug, and cut her tongue on it. There were thick blood spots all over my rug, and I was sure I'd never get them out. I was in a hurry to go somewhere so I put some of the Bissel on the spots -- didn't even rub it in -- and left with my dog. When we got back about eight hours later, the blood stains were completely gone! My white rug is perfectly white. I couldn't believe it. I was so impressed that I decided to come online and write a review. So if you, like me, have nice rugs and occasionally misbehaving pets, I recommend the Bissel.
(Don't worry, the dog's tongue is fine now too, and she hasn't gotten into the recycling since then... :P)
