(More customer reviews)Works well on tile floors, but forget cleaning on wood. I used distilled water but steam left white marks all over the floor. I had to re clean my wood floors to get the water marks out. Have not had any problems as far as it not working like many other people have, but was not impressed with the cleaning on my wood floors. If you have tile floors it works well.
