(More customer reviews)I bought this product last Christmas, I've had it almost a year now. Overall it's a good product. The only complaint would be that the cord is too short, I have to unplug it 3 times to get my floors done. When you order, you may want to order extra pads. I was always needing mine, and they hadn't been washed yet. I am just now getting ready to order new pads, they lasted almost a year. The product is sturdy and well built.
