(More customer reviews)I have owned this vacuum for a couple of years now. Although it's expensive and not "fancy", we purchased it because our previous machines were never satisfactory. They either blew dirt back out the exhaust, were super noisy and/or heavy, and the cake was taken when a relatively new but just-out-of warranty machine needed repair and could not be fixed. The Lindhaus is very lightweight and easy to manuver, very quiet so others are not disturbed and children and pets are not afraid of the noise. It does not have a "headlight", but does have an indicator light that goes on when the bag is full and needs to be changed. It's easy to change the bag. The machine is repairable and though I have never needed this service, there are several vacuum stores in my area that can handle this brand. The only downside, I would say, is the bags seem a little more expensive, but I should add that I have not priced the bags of other brands lately. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a reliable machine and isn't overly impressed with bells, whistles and doo-dads.
