I paid $9 including shipment for this tiny seal, that does not fit on my tank, so I called and e-maild and finaly the seller responded with an e-mail stating I am responsible for the return label and a restocking fee !! really ?it as big as a button $4 restocking fee ?

Hoover U831900 Windtunnel 2 Bagged Upright Vacuum Cleaner Review

Hoover U831900 Windtunnel 2 Bagged Upright Vacuum Cleaner
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
SPRING 2011 UPDATE (3.5 years later)
It's hard to believe that I've had this vaccum for almost 4 years already and it's still going strong. I'll report back when the thing konks out (unless I konk out first). I'm hoping for an 8 year lifespan (on the vac, not me) - we'll see.
I've started using the allergen bags vs the hepa bags to save a few bucks but I still have hepa bags for when I really want to do a great job (still get the bags from amazon). Vaccuming after a christmas tree still yields that smell of pine needles from the vac regardless of whether it's hepa or just allergen (until I change the bag). Emptying the bag is easier with the self closing feature. String does get caught in the roller and you do have to clean that out from time to time with a knife to cut the strings and pull them out but that's with all vacs.
Much happier still with this upright bagged vac than with the canister vacs or a bagless ones I've had before. I'm sticking to bagged uprights and it's lasting quite well.
Overall, still hate vaccuming but I'm much happier vaccuming with a sensibly priced vaccum than with some $800 Miele or Dyson....this is a sound investment and at least mine has held up very well, no broken parts. Besides, no matter what vac you get, you're going to hate it right ;-) ;-) so why buy a $1,000 vac made by Swiss artisans.
Happy vaccuming.ORIGINAL REVIEWFirst of all thank you to all the reviewers of not just Hoover but Eureka, Electrolux, Dyson, Hoover, Orek, and all the other brands out there --- especially the critical reviews, they're the most helpful in my mind although - I'm writing a positive review. Its a tall order to the people who build vacuums though to build a perfect vac: a tool to help us do something that we inherently hate to do.
I guess you're getting old in life when you can say you've owned 6 vacuum cleaners in your life and having owned 6, I've been through it all: bagged, bagless, canister, upright etc....and I've used every single one of them until they dropped (I never buy to replace a working vac - run it into the ground). This is what my school of hard knocks has taught me and why I bought this one and what I like dislike about this vacuum.
Canister vs Upright
My last vacuum was a Hoover canister and I bought it because I erroneously thought it had more suction than an upright -- actually most uprights are more powerful and better for carpets where canister vacs are more maneuverable and better for hardwood floors. I have about 50% hardwood and 50% carpet but I mostly use the vac on the carpet and use a broom, mop as needed on hardwood so for me carpet cleaning power was the requirement.
Bagged vs Bagless
Bagged vacuums tend to lose suction as the bag fills up -- so your first vacuuming on a clean bag is great and then things go downhill as the bag fills the dirt and mess gets compressed in the bag and you lose suction. Bagless vacuums retain suction throughout the filling of the container but and here's a very important but, you have to empty the container very very regularly, almost a container per room sometimes and emptying the container is always always a dirty affair --- not as bad as empting a shopvac but definitely not what the commercials/informercials show or fail to show and you cannot cheat on NOT emptying the container regularly as the penalty is a time consuming and messy affair to clean gobs of gunk out of your new and sometimes $700 expensive vac that looked so pretty on that commercial --- so if you go bagless empty the container regularly or spend most of your time unclogging your vacuum vs vacuuming your house. Sealing and seating the container is also very important or you can wind up with lost suction or a mess. Also, if you don't empty your container after you finish with a bagless, you create an environment from which dustmites etc can escape etc....and lookes very ugly. Other than that, bagless vacs tend to look prettier (is that possible) no, it must be the marketing talking there but in my experience they're as reliable as bag vacs but no more. All that said, bagged vacs don't need changing as regularly -- you vacuum multiple times (sometimes I change a bag every several months when I notice I'm not cleaning as good as before) so at least to me, bagged works best. I'm not messy and my place stays fairly clean but enough that I'd change a container a couple of times during an average housecleaning.
Cheap vs Expensive
Price seems to be somewhat overrated with vacuums (although $200 is pretty steep in my mind)...Consumer Reports had some great ratings and rated this vacuum 2nd place just under a Kenmore on a variety of tests and much more expensive vacuums were rated less favorably. That said, different people have different tastes and if getting a premium brand vacuum makes you happy - by all means. But in my experience (crosscorrelated with Consumer Reports) price does not correlate well with quality, dependability, or cleaning ability in the vacuum industry. Salesmanship, Marketing, Advertising and cost dictate price in my experience. If you just got an $11million condo, you probably have help and probably aren't shopping for a vac so that particular issue is moot - the rich don't buy vacuums (really) and vacuums are not a class statement in my mind -- so to me, buy something that works, is reliable, and is easy to clean empty.
What was I looking for:
-I've come to realize in life that the honeymoon period for a vacuum is extremely short, much shorter than the 6mos with me and a new car or the 2years with my average house....its more like 5 minutes so knowing that my love affair would be limited to reading the reviews on Amazon after my old vac broke and a brief consumation of the first vacuuming, I settled on looking for these qualities:
1) Something that worked well
2) Reliability & Dependability (works well for years)
3) Clean (not have to empty the bucket every 3 minutes)
4) HEPA
5) Carpet cleaning Power
6) Low Hassle
What made me buy this:
1) Bag (in my experience, they're less hassle overall and neater for me)
2) Carpet cleaning power
3) Autorewind of power cord (I know I'm lazy)
4) Dependability and Reliability
5) Consumer Reports
6) The 10 gazillion reviews on all vacuums here on Amazon (yes I read them and some of them are amazingly insightful and there are some people here who must be paid to write reviews and thankfully they are easy to spot. I found some of the more critical honest reviews useful and sometimes comical....especially the electric shock defect on one major and highly advertised brands...I was laughing at your pain fellow reviewer but seriously thank you for bringing it to light and steering me from some a $600 mistake...as a disclaimer, I'm not paid and I am an owner of the U8311-900....btw, one easy way to tell most fake reviewers is to look at a reviewer's other reviews and if they only have one or review 6 vacuums ask yourself the question....the real reviewer will have a healthy body of reviews on different products they buy for our homes and personal use after all, we're just living our lives out here)
How I've fared with the Wind Tunnel 2 Bag vacuum;
1) Setup was very easy - two screws to attach the handle
2) Came with 3 HEPA bags (1 installed, 2 new)
3) Was vacuuming in 5 minutes
4) Has a clean dirty indicator (its more of a gadget...small optical eye...in reality, you can hear if you're picking up dirt or not usually but it looks neat)
5) The wand and accessories are right there (it makes it easier for me since with the canister vac, changing from floor to accessories was a chore)....granted, the only real accessory I use is the edge cleaning wand so I can get my edges clean....overall very happy to be able to use it readily
6) Not too loud -- quieter than manhy of my other vacuums
7) Wide -- its not a small beast, you can tell this is a vacuum for a 2+ bedroom abode with carpet but not too heavy - average for a large upright.
8) HEPA bag - I am not a clean freak but knowing I'm not putting dust back into my air is good to know
9) Self Sealing Bags -- again not a total clean freak but good to know I don't have to stick my fingers into the mess or breath the dust when I change the bag.
10) Easier to store over a canister vac -- put in upright position and roll into closet vs bending over to pick up canister dragging huge hose and then pushing the whole thing into laundry room and 5 minutes later hear the clack as the vacuum falls over if I don't secure it right.
11) Manual heigh adjustment for my type of carpet
Pet Peaves:
1) The cord's position makes it so that you run over it with the left back wheel if you don't clip it to a provided clip (very minor and the engineers thought enough to put the clip) but if it breaks, I can see myself vacuuming with one hand and holding the cord with my left.
2) The cleaning wand is the handle and it telescopes with a little pin (kindof like the type that modern aluminum crutches have) you push the little pin and it telescopes out but the result is that there's just a little bit of play as you push and pull the vacuum (almost unnoticable) but its there, I noticed it when I first assembled the vac and then forgot about it once I started vacuuming but if you're overly obsessive compulsive, I can see how if you fixate on that, it could drive you nuts
3) Its not self propelled but then again, that's a whole other mess of things to break that sometimes works and sometimes don't work.
4) Its no where near as maneuverable as a canister vac but I knew this going...Read more›

Equipped with a powerful yet quiet 12-amp motor, this upright vacuum cleaner features patented WindTunnel 2 technology located in the floor nozzle, which forces the rotating brushes and airflow to work in harmony. It lifts and traps the dirt, keeping it from scattering back into the carpet, so dirt ends up in the cleaner not on the floor. With red and green lights, its embedded DirtFinder system indicates areas that may need more cleaning attention. The green "clean" light remains on while vacuuming except when the detector senses a larger amount of dirt; then the red "dirty" light will come on to suggest additional vacuuming in the area until the light changes back to green.
When in the upright position, the vacuum cleaner's agitator brush roll automatically shuts off, which allows all the suction power to be focused in the hose for effective above-floor cleaning. Attachments include a dusting brush, furniture nozzle, crevice tool, and a powered pet-hair cleaning tool. The unit's handle instantly converts into a telescopic wand, while its Tag Along grip helps guide the cleaner. Combined with the super stretch hose, it offers 12-feet of cleaning reach, eliminating the need to bend or stretch while cleaning.
The vacuum also provides a Breathe-Easy hygienic filter bag system, which makes changing the bag clean and simple. When removed, the bag automatically seals itself closed to keep dirt inside. It also traps 100-percent of dust mites, ragweed, and common grass pollens. The bag effortlessly slides back in from the front when replaced. Other highlights include a handle that adjusts for people of all heights, a headlight to illuminate the cleaning path, soft wheels, a carry handle, and a cord-rewind system that retracts 28 feet of cord quickly and easily at the push of a button. The vacuum cleaner measures approximately 14 by 15 by 43 inches and carries a one-year warranty that covers the entire vacuum, plus a lifetime warranty on the belt.

Shark Cordless Power Sweeper Review

Shark Cordless Power Sweeper
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this because I am obsessive about my floors and I used to vacuum every day. I wanted to be able to have the carpet look nice all the time without dragging out the big vacuum. This product works and meets my need. However, I bought it in March and it is now June and it seems a bit worn out. It was quiet and now it is loud. It sounds like it is breaking down....it doesnt hold a charge as long anymore but it still works. My baby is crawling now and it keeps all the little choking hazards up. I feel like it won't last much longer but I am thankful I have it right now.

Giving 2 stars on the suction alone. Hepa filter doesn't self-clean/turn after one use. A lot of dirt falls out from the hepa filter when removing the dirt box or collects behind the the dirt box if you don't pay very close attention to aligning it just right. I really liked how much dirt this thing pulls out of the carpet but it's heavy and dirt just falls out, a lot of dirt, when emptying the dirt box. I'm returning and not getting another after reading the other reviews in here that sound just like my experience.

Hoover U8341-900 WindTunnel 2 Bagless Upright Review

Hoover U8341-900 WindTunnel 2 Bagless Upright
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I purchased this Hepa bagless vacuum b/c my daughter is starting to develop indoor environmental allergies and I wanted to make my home as allergy-free as possible for her. I actually used my old vacuum, an Oreck (1995 model), to vacuum the living room, and then followed up with this one, and it sucked up a ton of stuff - fuzz, dust, who knows what else, that the Oreck missed. So I'm sold on the cleaning ability.
But this is the second Windtunnel I've had where one of the plastic pieces broke. In the first one, the lever that you depress with your foot to make the vacuum operate snapped off after about a year. My husband was using it, and yes he may have a lead foot, but STILL. You'd think Hoover could invest a couple more dollars to make the foot pedal a bit sturdier.
On this vacuum, a useless plastic piece on the top of the handle snapped off when I was maneuvering the vacuum. The useless plastic piece, like a cap on the handle, was maybe 2 inches wide, but was supported by two flimsy plastic pegs that the force of my hand apparently broke off. This is just plain annoying in a $240 vacuum.
So, as much as I love the cleaning ability and feel oh so gratified every time I empty the canister about all the junk I am sparing my daughter from sitting in, breathing, etc..., I will probably purchase a Dyson for my next cleaner. I've heard those are indestructible.

I read the review below and thought I'd take a chance. However, I found the same reviewer almost everywhere I looked at the product, and only that reviewer. Raised some questions. When the product arrived there was a problem with the level of suction, it was not picking up minor items. I called the Hoover 800 service number and was unhappy to find that it was just a phone dump. It asked where you are and a computer gives you the name and address of a dealer in my case 40 minutes away and then disconnects you. I expect a company like Hoover to have a legitimate customer service department. I have a pet and a clean home is important to me; I have returned the Hoover and purchased the Dyson DC14 Animal. The Dyson is more costly, however if I waste my time cleaning and not picking up anything I believe that the cost of having a poorly performing unit in my case is greater than the outlay for the Dyson. This may have been just a defective unit however I believe it would do someone seeking to buy the Hoover U8181-900 well to check things out.

Hoover U8371-900 WindTunnel 2 Complete Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner Review

Hoover U8371-900 WindTunnel 2 Complete Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner
Average Reviews:

If your living environment is in the country with exposure to dirt, mud, animal hair & normal household dirt or dust, this vacuum is not for you! This machine is poorly designed & does not perform as advertised. Suction is so great it pulls dirt, debris & hair up through the collar cone filter & directly into the sealed HEPA chamber. Once the chamber plugs full of debris, the vacuum looses all suction & ability to clean. There are only two options for cleaning the chamber, once obstructed - take it to an authorized shop or dismantel the machine yourself. No one wants a vacuum that must be 'repaired' after minimal use, or one that must be repaired after every use. It clogged up before I could complete two rooms & although the initial obstruction was cleared, the unit now plugs up before finishing one room. Hoover appears to have no desire to fix the design flaw or make it right with anyone who foolishly spent money buying this product - Hoover will not accept a return, or provide an exchange to another vacuum in their product line. A word of advice I received from the authorized service shop that repaired (cleaned) the vacuum - this type of problem seems common with Hoover bagless models, especially the new windtunnel 2; don't buy anything but a bagged Hoover product.

Ideal for cleaning carpets, this 12 amp bagless upright vacuum cleaner features patented WindTunnel 2 technology, located in the floor nozzle, which forces the rotating brushes and airflow to work in harmony. It lifts and traps the dirt, preventing it from scattering, so dirt ends up in the cleaner, not on the floor. The unit's Embedded DirtFinder display alerts users to areas of the carpet that may need more cleaning attention, while its edge-cleaning abilities help remove dust, dirt, and lint that collect along baseboards. Even more, moving from carpets to hard-floor surfaces becomes effortless thanks to the unit's Surface Command electronic carpet-height adjustment. Simply turn the dial for the desired setting.
When in the upright position, the vacuum automatically shuts off the brush, focusing all the power into the hose. Its Real-Time tool system makes tool use easy with a handle that instantly converts to a telescopic wand and a Tag-Along grip to guide the cleaner. The telescoping quick-release wand and super-stretch hose combine for 12 feet of cleaning reach. On-board tools include a hard-floor brush to safely clean hard surfaces and a pet-hair tool with powerful suction and rotating brushes for stairs and upholstery. For added convenience, the unit's self-cleaning HEPA filter traps 100-percent of dust mites, ragweed, and common grass pollens, plus it cleans itself every six seconds to maintain cleaning power--no need to ever touch or replace the filter. Other highlights include soft wheels, a 14-inch cleaning path, a brilliant headlight to illuminate dark corners, adjustable handle height, a 31-foot power cord, a bottom-release dirt cup, and a lifetime belt. The vacuum cleaner measures 11 by 15 by 44 inches and carries a one-year parts-and-labor warranty.

My husband and I have a 10 month old puppy and one who is six weeks old. The oldest is housetrained, but now we are starting over with a puppy who will proceed to use our kitchen floor as his bathroom until he learns better. We bought this cleaner tonight at Target (sale right now where you can buy the Floormate for $129.99 and get a $30 Target gift card for Free!!) We debated this purchase for a while, but we are thrilled with the initial results... the water in the tank after we tried it in the kitchen was so horrifying that we immediately set about cleaning the wood foyer that we did not even think was dirty... think again!! We are very pleased and will update our review if our opinion changes. As of right now, I don't know how we ever got through the puppy stage without this last time!!! Quick note - We found that using half the amount of cleaner called for works well with no residue! Enjoy an easy mopping experience!!

With its 13-inch cleaning path and dual motor system, this all-in-one bagless hard-floor cleaner can be used to vacuum dry debris, as well as wet-clean and squeegee-dry most non-carpeted hard-floor surfaces. Its direct-drive system allows the motor to power the brushes without a belt, and the unit can be quickly changed from wet to dry mode using the foot-pedal switch. The front-mounted floor-drying squeegee removes cleaning solution and spills, leaving floors squeegee dry on the first pass. In addition, the unit's dual-tank design separates the translucent solution tank (with built-in measuring cup) from the easy-to-empty recovery tank to ensure dirty water never gets put back onto the floor. Other highlights include an ergonomically engineered handle with a convenient solution trigger for extra comfort and control while cleaning, soft non-marring wheels, a 24-foot power cord, and a lightweight design for easy using, moving, and storing. The brush assembly and nozzle squeegee easily remove for quick-rinse cleaning. The hard-floor cleaner measures 15 by 12 by 31 inches and carries a one-year warranty.

Steam Vac Extractor Review

Steam Vac Extractor
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is a good carpet cleaner. I can't fault the machine for the initial problems. When I first received this product, I immediately went to work, or tried to. The solution tank was faulty and all the solution leaked out, creating a mess on the floor. I then went online to [...] to order a new tank only to find that the tank I needed was "out of stock", with no indication whatever when I could expect it to be in stock. I had removed all the furniture from my den and it was sitting in the middle of my living room. My frustration level was very high at this point. I then looked for local dealers and found one less than 5 miles from my house. I called and the gentleman there was very helpful. He not only checked his inventory but actually went to locate the part visually before I went to pick it up. He also told me exactly what I needed to take with me in order to get the tank replaced for free. This was practically an all-day deal but I was able to get another tank. It didn't leak, the machine works well and isn't really all that hard to deal with. Yes, the tanks are smaller than the commercial machines and you have to refill and/or empty them a lot but, overall, it's a good residential machine and handy to have around. One hint: When you go to empty the recovery tank, remove the solution tank first. I found out the hard way. You have to lay the handle of the machine down on the floor, which tilts the solution tank and causes it to leak. Maybe this is a no-brainer for some but the instruction booklet failed to mention it and I just followed the directions. Duh!!!!

Black & Decker Bagless Canister Pet Vac Review

Black and Decker Bagless Canister Pet Vac

I did not realize Black & Decker made a full sized plug-in vacuum cleaner so I gave this one a try for our basement. It is beautifully designed and made and really works well. It comes with a whole bunch of attachments (I haven't even used them all). It is powerful but sounds quiet and high quality when turned on. It's easy to empty without getting your hands dirty and feels as well made as the dyson I have. It also has a great cord rewind feature which makes putting it away much easier than the dyson.
I definitely recommend it, especially for those looking for a high quality canister type vacuum cleaner.

Average Reviews:

I just bought this a week ago and so far, for what I use it for, it's been really good. I have mostly wall to wall carpet here and this unit has done a great job of cleaning it. My last vac was a Kenmore and for some reason did not do a good job on my carpet. Maybe that was a poor model or something, or it may have been broken and needed to be serviced. I'm not bashing Kenmore.
When I first got this one, I got a full container of dust/dirt each time I vacuumed. It has gotten my carpets MUCH cleaner. It seems well built and powerful, like it will last quite a while. It's a big improvement over the last vacuum I had. So far I'm quite pleased with it. If you have a lot of wall to wall carpet, I'd say this would make a good unit for you.

We previously owned three Hoover Windtunnel vacuum cleaners. This is by far Hoover's worst design! It is very noisy in operation, the suction will stop and then a filter needs to be cleaned that requires 24 hours to air dry. Extremely messy to deal with emptying the cannister. When it's working, it does pick up well. But it requires too much maintenance. We regret purchasing this vacuum model.

HAAN DUO Steam Sweeper & Floor Sanitizer HD-50 Review

HAAN DUO Steam Sweeper and Floor Sanitizer HD-50
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I wanted a steam cleaner that vacuumed and steam mopped, independently or simultaneously...this machine does that, but...
1. Claims to not wet floors as much as other steam mops...not true...puts down a lot of moisture...floors remain wet after steaming. I have to go over with a towel to dry...and towel is dirty every time...so, the steam may disinfect as it claims, but it just does not clean up the dirt and debris...the cleaning pads are very thin and get soiled easily unlike the Shark steam pocket mop.
2. Claims to be easy to use...not true. The cord is forever coming off the handle. If left sitting on its provided "mat" for just a moment (while moving furniture out of the way, etc) it leaks out a lot of water. It leaks out a lot of water when first plugged in and waiting for unit to heat up too.
3. Claims to vacuum....actually, it bristles up debris, but does not do a great job of that...the debris gets caught up in the front where the brush is and since the debris is wet from the steam (if steaming at the same time while vacuuming) then it will drop wet debris back on to the floor especially if bumped.
4. Claims to not use as much water as other steam models...not true, I have to fill the reservoir 3xs more compared to the Shark Steam cleaner.
5. Handle is extremely long and not adjustable...difficult to use for steaming under beds.
6. Claims "hands-free" soiled pad removal...not really. While the steam plate can be removed by foot, you still have to use your hands to pull the pad off the steam plate.
I own a Shark Steam mop and it works great, but I didn't like their steam/vacuum mop as the vacuum and steam functions cannot be used simultaneously.
Definitely returning and will go back to vacuuming with a vacuum and steam mop with the Shark floor steam mop until a better machine is discovered/created.

Eureka 4870DT Upright Vacuum Review

Eureka 4870DT Upright Vacuum

I've been using the SmartVac for over a month now. It is a great vacuum for the price. Some of the positives about it are: terrific vacuuming suction, clean air smell while vacumming, easy attachment system, and soft wheels for hardwood floors. I noticed that after I vacuumed my 15 year old carpets that I had to use force to close the doors since the nap had been raised so high. The rugs look noticeably cleaner and have a raised, fresh look. Negatives to the vacuum are the heavy weight, and the cheap plastic pedal that lowers the handle takes getting used to.
To address some of the comments made by others. The attachments all fit very snugly in their holders. You need to use enough force to "snap" them into place. I, too, thought the upholstery tool was loose until I realized that you need to use quite a bit of force to snap it into place. Once snapped, it won't go anywhere until you snap it out. For vacumming hardwood floors, you need to make sure that the vacuum is lowered to its lowest position and that the brushes are turned off. I also bought a small turbo head, a deluxe floor brush and a 10 foot extra hose. They work great together for cleaning under beds and for the car and furniture.
In summary, I think this is a great vacuum. For an extra $30 or so you can get some attachments that really make it work wonders. I now can leave it at the bottom of the stairs, while using the 20 feet of hose to clean all of the stairs and the wall, if I'm inclined! The suction is still very strong even with the extra hose. Hope this is helpful.

New Hoover Hoover Linx Cordless Stick Vacuum Combines Cordless Convenience With Powerful Performance Review

New Hoover Hoover Linx Cordless Stick Vacuum Combines Cordless Convenience With Powerful Performance

Let me state that this rating reflects the seller (Arbor Vacuum) and their blatant false advertising of this product.
Upon shopping around for a quality stick vac. I zeroed in on the Hoover Linx. After determining that this product seemed to fit my needs I began searching for the best deal. I came upon this particular seller link because they advertised item as NEW!. Being one inclined to spend a little more for the latest improvements on design I decided to place this in my cart thinking I was getting a good deal by saving over $200 and paying only about $10 or $20 dollars more than the older model. Because the specs on this link were a bit scant, I then decided to go to Hoover's website to learn a bit more about what I was buying, only to find that Hoover only listed the oroginal model, BH50010, the very same as that listed on all the other websites. Deciding to give Arbor the benefit of the dount, thinking that perhaps this product was so new that Hoover hadn't posted it, I contacted Arbor only to be told by their rep that indeed this very unit they were positioning as NEW with a manufacturer's list price of $399 and a selling price of $189 was the very same 2 year old product advertised by other sites for as low as $162 and listed by Hoover at $179.
CONCLUSION: I find it shocking that a reseller endorsed by amazon (a reputable service) would falsely represent a product as NEW with an inflated manufacturer's suggested retail price of $220 higher than the actual, leading the shopper into believing that they are saving over $200 when in reality actually spending $10 more than the manufacturer's list price? I am certainly all for any reseller getting SRP or more on a product, but PLEASE!! Arbor Vacuum, don't resort to those kinds of tachtics to achieve your objective.
